If you need personal support outside of our office hours, please ask for a separate appointment.
Ticket System
You can contact our support or check the status for your requests at any time using our ticket system. We will respond in a timely manner within our office hours. Alternatively, you may post your support requests via email to helpdesk. @dhbw-loerrach.de
