The new Erasmus+ Research Project at the DHBW Lörrach in the degree programme "International Business in English“ prepares students for job interviews in the digital environment.

How can you apply successfully online and by video? How does a company filter out the right applicants online and via video? This is the goal of a recently launched research project funded by Erasmus+: "BESPOKE" (BusinESs PresentatiOn sKills for Employability). This project is led at DHBW by the International Business programme (in English) and is a cooperation of a consortium of five European universities and partner companies from practice. The consortium is led by the Budapest Business School (BBS, Hungary).

The head of the “International Business in English” programme, Prof. Dr. Sebastian Feichtmair, is convinced that the future of business will be international and digital: "With this project, the participating universities are setting new standards in application management. They are giving their students and the participating companies an enormous competitive advantage in international business.  We are very happy about the funding from the EU!".

The Faculty of Economics of the FHWS (Würzburg, Germany), the Budapest Business School (Budapest, Hungary), the Wyzsza Szkola Ekonomii i Informatyki w Krakowie (Krakow, Poland), the Baden-Württemberg Cooperative State University (Lörrach, Germany) and the Moravska Vysoka Skola (Olomouc, Czech Republic) are involved in the project.
